We want to thank you for the continued support over the last few months and especially the last few days leading up to the second lockdown. We hope to be able to come back and open our stores and welcome you all back for holiday shopping in December. Even though our stores will be closed for the next 4 weeks, we are committed to giving you the best service and shopping experience throughout. Our web orders will be working as normal, so please keep checking our website for some new drops in the next few weeks!

We will also be offering added services, such as Styling appointments with Anna on zoom and Click & Collect services from our stores. Keep reading for more information on the different ways you can keep shopping with Anna and we look forward to welcoming you back into our stores soon! 

Styling Appointments with Anna

Anna will be offering personal styling appointments via zoom during lockdown. During the appointment Anna will navigate you through the styles we have in store and will help you choose the best styles for you. If you would be interested in booking an appointment, please contact us via Whatsapp or call +44 7950 936699 to schedule your appointment.

Click & Collect

Click and collect will be available at Bury St. Edmunds, Burnham Market, Saffron Walden and Primrose Hill stores. (If you would like to collect from Holt or Woodbridge please call or message us and we can try to arrange this for you!) Click & Collect will be available Monday-Friday and the times will vary depending on your location. Please message us to arrange for the time you want to pick up your items.

You will have a few different ways you can pay for your products if you wish to click & collect from stores. You can either use our Dressing Room booking system to request items to be sent to your selected store and choose the time and date you wish to pick up the items. Please allow 48 hours for us to transfer the items to your store. You can then pay for the items in person when you pick them up from the store.

If you wish to pay for the items directly online, please checkout as normal and use the code CLICK&COLLECT to be exempt from shipping costs. We will then contact you to set up where and when to collect your items.

If you are unable to make it to our stores but live in the Norfolk area, you might be in luck and be able to get a special home delivery from Anna herself. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.

If you would like to try on some of our items at the comfort of your own home, you can easily do so by choosing Klarna as your payment method at checkout.
