Please note your product(s) will be shipped to you directly by the individual boutique(s), therefore shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages. However, the ShopAtAnna delivery promise means that you'll only pay one simple delivery fee, no matter how many boutiques the multiple order derives from.
For orders placed before 12 noon on a working day, we aim to dispatch within 24 hours and deliver within no more than 2-3 working days and usually next day. There is a standard mainland UK delivery cost. For orders over £100 shipping will be free.

You will be sent tracking information via email from DPD once your order has been dispatched. You will also receive a SMS alert one hour before the actual delivery (usually by 12 noon.) This information also includes information on missed deliveries and changing delivery instructions.
During our busy sale period delivery may take a little longer than usual. Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days, this also applies to International locations. Some items may require a higher shipping charge usually by exception only and in this instance we will notify you by email.
During our busy sale period, we are also extremely busy in store and so regrettably may not be able to fulfil every web order. Should this happen, we will contact you straight away and give you a full refund as soon as possible.
All deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.
