April heralds the start of the festival season with Coachella kicking everything off this weekend! Here’s our favourite festivals, what we will be watching and more importantly... what we will be wearing!

COACHELLA
13th – 22nd April
Coachella, located in the Colorado Desert, is the highlight of California's festival season attracting a whole host of A-list celebs and glam fashionistas.

Boho rules at Coachella, think floaty dresses, kimonos and fringing. Teoh and Lea's romantic mini dress is perfect for the dry desert heat, toughen it up with a safari jacket by Maison Scotch when the sun sets and the temperature drops. Accessories are everything at Coachella, complete the look with a wide brimmed hat, woven bucket bag and layers of jewellery.

Most looking forward to seeing: Beyonce, Django Django, Alt-J, St Vincent, Fleet Foxes

LATITUDE FESTIVAL
12th – 15th July
This countryside festival set in Henham Park, Suffolk, is truly a celebration of the arts. Since its conception in 2006, Latitude has consistently hosted huge names from the world of rock ‘n’ roll, alongside comedians, authors and artists of every discipline.

Latitude style is laidback, think denim shorts with a cute tee or shirt, try Teoh and Lea's lurex stripe shirt for a touch of glam. Your festival outfit wouldn’t be complete without the obligatory rain coat (you never can tell with the English weather), Rain’s have a great selection.

Most looking forward to seeing: Music - Solange, Belle and Sebastian, The Vaccines. Comedy - Dylan Moran, Tim Key. Theatre and Dance - Sadlers Wells, Recirquel Contemporary Circus

PORT ELLIOT
26th – 29th July
Port Elliot festival hosts some of Britain’s brightest creative talent from literary names to burgeoning musicians. Located in a sprawling family estate, the festival attracts both music and food lovers, and also the fashion crowd, who head to the sleepy Cornish surf town.

Understated and glam is the Port Elliot look as epitomised by Luella Bartley who is the festival's regular. In true garden party style, dresses reign supreme at Port Elliot, we love Primrose Park's Pippa dress, layer with oversized cardi for a relaxed finish.

Most looking forward to seeing: Music - Gaz Coombes, Baxter Dury, Teleman. Words - Robert Webb, Lucy Mangan

GOODWOOD REVIVAL
7th – 9th September
The roar of iconic race cars alongside vintage fashions make for a true time-warp at Goodwood Revival, a three day festival at celebrating the halcyon days of motor racing.

From the glamour of the naughty ‘40s, via the fabulous ‘50s to the swinging ‘60s, a day out at the Revival also means the treat of dressing up in authentic period costume, there’s even a best dressed competition!

Opt for a tea dress, a universally flattering style. We love Essentiel's cherry print dress (call 020 7483 0411 to buy), heels by Petite Mendigote finish the look. they are based on vintage dancing shoes and are incredibly comfortable, perfect for dancing the night away!

Most looking forward to seeing: Races - Kinara Trophy, Whitsun Trophy. Fashion - The Best Dressed Parade!
