Anna has decided to challenge herself by signing up for one of the most gruelling and hair raising treks in the world, The Selvaggio Blu trek in Sardinia. She is raising money for a charity which she deeply cares about...Mind over Cancer.
The trip begins on Sunday May 15th . She will be trekking for five days which will consist of hiking, climbing (scrambling!) and abseiling along the charcoal and slate cliffs and caves. She will carry all her own supplies, her backpack will be filled with snacks (lots!) and water, as there are no supplies available en route....also her camping matt and bag as she will be sleeping under the stars each night!
This is a huge challenge for Anna as she will be pushing her mind and body to the limits and will also be overcoming her fear of heights!!
