Have you heard the good news?! Our reopening date is set for Monday 15th and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome you back into our stores. As we prepare our shops ahead of the reopening date, here’s all the information you need to know…
HOW WE’RE DOING THINGS
Following government guidelines, we have the all-clear to open our stores to you on Monday (hurrah!). To ensure social distancing measures are kept, we are going to commence trading by appointment only. This means you can feel comfortable and safe whilst browsing at leisure in a store and time that’s convenient to you.

Each slot will be determined by a multitude of factors - how long you want to spend with us, managing times around other appointments we already have (and there are a few - so get booking!) as well as allowing time slots for passers-by.
Our store opening times differ slightly in each location, so please make sure you check before emailing us with a preferred date and time.
Or better yet, why don’t you make an appointment through the Dressing Room feature on our website? That way, you can select a convenient time and store for you as well as ensuring all the pieces you want to try on will be ready and waiting for you ahead of your appointment - it couldn’t be simpler.
THE DRESSING ROOM
If the questions ‘What is it? How does it work?’ immediately spring to mind, then read on!
The Dressing Room feature gives you the opportunity to select the items you love online and have them ready and waiting for you in a store of your choice, at a time that suits you. All you need to do is to fill your basket with all your fave pieces, then select 'Try On In Store' in your bag when you’re finished. A window will then pop up allowing you to select the time, date and store for your Dressing Room appointment.
Our website unites the stock from our six brick and mortar stores so you are able to select pieces that may not be available in your local store.

THE MEASURES WE ARE TAKING
We will be taking social distancing measures in all of our stores very seriously, following the strict WHO guidelines. This includes sanitiser on entry, face masks in the fitting rooms, screens at till points and social distancing spots and arrows.
We encourage our customers to try at home, and to accommodate this we will have a ‘no quibble 14 day refund policy’.
If you prefer not to pay upfront, you can order the pieces on our website using Klarna as a payment method. This way, you can take your items home to try on, and send them back to us if they’re not suitable, only paying for what you keep.
