Ordering

  1. Find the product you like, select the size from the drop down and click on the 'Buy Now' Button.
  2. You can now choose to continue shopping or proceed to the checkout where shipping method is selected and payment is taken.

Shipping

£6.00 Standard delivery - 2-3 working days. UK Only (FedEX UK)
£20.00 Standard delivery to Europe (Royal Mail international signed for service)
£30.00 Americas (Parcel Force)
£25.00 Rest of world (Royal Mail international signed for service. Prices may vary. You will be advised of any additional postage costs by email before items are shipped)

 

Weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days.
Some items may require a higher shipping charge. In this instance we will notify you by email.
All orders require a signature upon receipt.
Any duty or taxes incurred in the country of destination are the sole responsibility of the customer.

 

Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro credit and debit cards.
Payment is taken via SagePay.
We do not accept bank transfers.

 

Returns

All items, including sale items, can be returned for a full refund for up to 14 days after receipt of the goods. Shipping costs are excluded.
To return goods please fill in the return form enclosed with your goods. Take you parcel to you nearest post office. Goods are returned to ANNA at your own expense and risk. We recommend that you send the returns by recorded delivery for proof of postage.

 

Please note items bought as presents can only be refunded to the original cardholder.

 

Returned products must be in new, unused and in unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any items with indication that it was used. In such cases the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued.
